R\u00e9server<\/li><li>Couper la viande en morceaux et l&rsquo;ajouter \u00e0 la casserole o\u00f9 vous avez fait revenir les ingr\u00e9dients pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents. Ajouter de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et laisser colorer de tous les cot\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Ajouter les oignons, l&rsquo;ail et le c\u00e9leri, puis laisser 5 minutes en remuant.<\/li><li>Couvrir avec de l&rsquo;eau et laisser cuire pendant au moins 1 heure \u00e0 petit feu<\/li><li>Pendant ce temps, \u00e9plucher les patates et les couper en morceaux moyens.
