Laissez-les reposer.<\/li><li>Pendant ce temps, portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition 2 litres d\u2019eau avec le gros sel, la feuille de laurier et le cube de bouillon. Versez-y le quinoa, remuez et laissez cuire 12 minutes, ou selon les instructions du paquet.<\/li><li>\u00c9gouttez les champignons et \u00e9mincez-les. Lavez et \u00e9mincez les tiges de ciboule.<\/li><li>Dans un wok, faites chauffer l\u2019huile. Versez-y les champignons et laissez revenir 5 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen, en remuant.<\/li><li>Ajoutez le quinoa, la ciboule et le reste de sauce soja.
