La rouler, en la serrant bien, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 son milieu. Puis faire la m\u00eame chose dans l\u2019autre sens.<\/li><li>Placer la p\u00e2te au cong\u00e9lateur pendant 30 minutes pour la faire durcir et avoir ainsi plus de facilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la trancher.<\/li><li>D\u00e9couper ensuite la p\u00e2te en tron\u00e7ons de 1 cm environ. Les \u00e9taler sur une feuille de papier cuisson pr\u00e9alablement d\u00e9pos\u00e9e sur la plaque du four. Badigeonner avec le jaune d\u2019oeuf battu et saupoudrer de sucre en poudre.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Enfourner pour 10 min de cuisson, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une jolie couleur dor\u00e9e et les sortir du four.
