Mettez tous les ingr\u00e9dients sauf le saumon fum\u00e9 dans le bol du robot.<\/li><li>Dans le bol du robot<\/li><li>Mixez mais pas trop. La texture doit \u00eatre grumeleuse, pas mousse.<\/li><li>Faites chauffer dans une casserole environ 1,5 litre d\u2019eau chaude jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/li><li>Versez-en la moiti\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9paration dans le moule \u00e0 cake.<\/li><li>Recouvrez avec les morceaux de saumon fum\u00e9 grossi\u00e8rement d\u00e9coup\u00e9s<\/li><li>Versez la deuxi\u00e8me moiti\u00e9.<\/li><li>Mettre le moule \u00e0 cake dans un plat \u00e0 gratin.<\/li><li>Remplissez-le d\u2019eau que vous avez pr\u00e9alablement fait chauffer.
