Saler et poivrer.<\/li><li>Dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive, faire chauffer l\u2019huile et ajouter les oignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s. Saler. Les faire suer sans coloration puis verser le contenu du bol. Faire cuire 2 min \u00e0 feu doux en remuant puis retirer du feu.<\/li><li>Couper le filet mignon en deux dans le sens de la longueur puis \u00e0 nouveau en deux dans le sens de la largeur pour obtenir 4 morceaux.<\/li><li>Poser les morceaux de viande dans un plat allant au four.
